SOLUTION

We developed a system based on autonomous electronic devices, connected via LoRaWAN and powered by solar panels and rechargeable batteries, ensuring continuous operation without human intervention.

  • Weather Monitoring: Sensors for rainfall, temperature, and humidity in the field.
  • Irrigation System Monitoring: Sensors installed in the pump room, measuring: temperature and humidity in the electrical panel; water pressure at the outlet manifold; operational status of the water pump.
  • Silo Bag Control: Temperature sensors inside grain storage, with alerts for unauthorized access or abnormal conditions.

RESULTS

The solution allowed producers to make data-driven decisions in real time and enhance operational efficiency.

  • Hourly weather readings for better irrigation planning.
  • Remote monitoring of the pump room and irrigation system.
  • Detection of anomalies, energy losses, and irregularities.
  • Pattern analysis to optimize water usage.
  • Fewer field visits, reducing costs and travel time.
  • Greater peace of mind through remote system supervision.
